Spicy Coriander White Fish

- 100 gm White fish
- 1/2 Juice of lemon
- 1/2 cup Coriander
- 3 Cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp Sambel olek
- 1 tbsp Water
Preheat oven 200c.
In food processor, combine coriander, garlic, sambel olek.
Start to pulse, add water as necessary until desired consistency.
Place fish in baking dish or non-stick baking paper.
Squeeze on fresh lemon juice and top with coriander mix.
Bake for 10-20 minutes depending on thickness, until fish flakes.
