Curry Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- 100 gm Chicken
- 2 cups Chicken stock
- 1 Clove garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1/s White onion, diced
- 2-3 tsp Curry powder
- Ground white pepper (to taste), salt (optional)
Instructions
- Sauté the chicken with the onion, garlic, and lemon juice in a non-stick pan until cooked.
- Remove, cool slightly, and shred chicken. Add chicken stock to the pan along with all other ingredients, plus the shredded chicken, and cook until heated through.
